Stig Pastwa

Stig Pastwa is the COO and former CFO at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, one of Europe’s biggest fund management companies. Stig started his career with 12 years at A.P. Moller Maersk in multiple roles and in several countries. Throughout his career, Stig has worked with different ownership structures, ranging from state-owned, listed and private equity owned companies. His career includes several executive positions, such as COO at ISS A/S, CCO at Saxo Bank, CFO and Interim CEO at DSB, CFO at RSA Nordic, and Group CFO at TDC Group. In these roles, Stig has worked intensively with business transformation, M&A, digital investments, and people leadership.
